Last Thursday, members of our Jay Moody HVAC team had the privilege of visiting the Leominster Center For Technical Education Innovation to tour the HVAC workshop, speak to students, and present the class with new tools!
We believe that our customers’ experience will only ever be as good as our employees’ experience. That’s why Jay Moody HVAC devotes time and resources towards training and internal support for our team and the next generation of HVAC technicians.
We were thrilled that Leo Sharkey (Owner), Melissa Sharkey (Director of Customer Experience), and Paul Bilodeau (Install Manager) had the opportunity to speak with students about the program’s curriculum, the HVAC industry, and what working for Jay Moody HVAC is like!
We have already seen amazing things this program has done for two students!
Bailey and Hunter joined Jay Moody HVAC in the spring of 2022 through the Center For Technical Education Innovation’s co-op program. Since their start, both students have helped to install and service HVAC systems across Central Massachusetts as respected members of the Jay Moody HVAC team.
