In the event of a heating emergency outside of our regular business hours, Jay Moody HVAC offers after-hours service for eligible customers from November 1st to March 31st.
Jay Moody HVAC offers after-hours emergency service 3:30pm-10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00am -10:00pm on weekends, with a dispatch fee of $450. This covers the cost of dispatching an on-call technician after hours and includes a full system diagnosis. Any additional parts needed for the repair will be billed separately at our standard flat rate pricing. Repairs that fall under our 2-year labor warranty period will not be charged a dispatch fee.
Jay Moody HVAC offers holiday emergency service 8:00am -10:00pm with a dispatch fee of $900. This covers the cost of dispatching an on-call technician on a holiday and includes a full system diagnosis. Any additional parts needed for the repair will be billed separately at our standard flat rate. For repairs falling under our 2-year labor warranty, there will be no dispatch fee.

Heating systems installed by Jay Moody HVAC within the past two years are covered by our labor warranty, making you eligible for emergency service. Additionally, systems serviced or repaired by Jay Moody HVAC within the last 30 days are also under our labor warranty.
Please note, if the issue is determined to be a result of user error or unrelated to work performed by Jay Moody HVAC, a diagnostic fee will apply to the visit.

Yes, you can! If you need emergency service and are not a maintenance plan member, you can sign up with our on-call technician prior to your after-hours visit. Please note that if you choose to cancel your membership early, the full price of the membership must be paid in full.
