Schedule a no-cost home energy assessment through Mass Save to identify energy-efficient upgrade opportunities. Recommended weatherization must be completed to qualify for the HEAT Loan, but the cost can be included in your HEAT Loan.
After completing your Home Energy Assessment and accepting a heat pump proposal, let us help you apply for the HEAT Loan. Once approved by Mass Save, a participating Lender will process the loan and distribute the funds. Our office staff will guide you through every step of the process, assisting you with necessary paperwork!
Once your HEAT Loan is approved and funds are disbursed, installation of your new system can begin! Please note, your HEAT Loan will not cover the amount of any rebates you are expected to receive after installation.

To qualify for the Mass Save HEAT Loan, homeowners must use one of the following utility providers: Eversource, Until or National Grid, and complete a no-cost home energy assessment through Mass Save. The assessment identifies energy-efficient upgrades, including heat pumps, and any necessary weatherization. Once the assessment is complete, your project must be approved by Mass Save and then you can apply for the HEAT Loan through a participating lender.
