MITSUBISHI PLANS:
As a proud Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, Jay Moody HVAC is qualified to perform maintenance and service on all Mitsubishi systems! Keep your system running efficiently through proper maintenance and use!
SILVER: This service plan is for customers with 1, 2, or 3 Mitsubishi ductless units. | $30 per month
GOLD: This service plan is for customers with 4 or more Mitsubishi ductless units. | $40 per month
HEATING PLAN: Oil, Gas, or Propane
Our Heating Plan caters to the heating needs of our customers and covers annual maintenance on oil and gas furnaces and boilers. Ensuring your system is ready for the cold months ahead! | $20 per month
HEATING & COOLING PLAN: Heat + Central Cooling
Our Heating & Cooling Plan caters to Jay Moody customers’ heating and cooling needs. This plan includes annual maintenance on your heating systems as well as a on your Central AC system to ensure you are prepared for cold and hot weather! | $40 per month
PLATINUM PLAN : Heat + Mini-Split
Our Platinum Plan is designed to serve Jay Moody customers in need of maintenance on traditional heating systems as well as their Mitsubishi Mini-Splits. This plan includes annual maintenance on both systems, preparing you for any season! | $60 per month

What’s Included
Annual Preventive Maintenance:
Each plan covers an annual preventative maintenance service, during which our qualified technicians clean and inspects your system. Usually a flat price of $, this service prepares your system for the upcoming season, helps it run efficiently, and discovers potential issues before they worsen.
15% Discount on Related HVAC and Electrical Services:
Consistent maintenance is the best way to ensure your system will run efficiently and last longer. If your system does needs repairs, however, your annual maintenance plan offers you 15% off related services, including electrical!
Priority Scheduling & Emergency Service:
Members of a maintenance plan will be prioritized when scheduling services and maintenance. Additionally, our Winter Emergency Services will be available exclusively to customers with a maintenance plan.
Credit Towards New Systems:
We want to reward our customers for the investment they are making in the longevity and efficiency of their current system, by investing in their future system!
For each year you are a member of our service plan you receive a $100 credit towards a new Jay Moody HVAC system.
Transferable to New Home Owner in Event of Sale:
In the event that you sell your home, this membership plan, along with any credit accumulated, can be transferred over to the new homeowner or transfered over to your new home’s system so long as it falls within the systems and towns we service.
