In 2020, Leo Sharkey and his wife Melissa took the helm, combining Leo’s engineering background with Melissa’s passion for community involvement to elevate Jay Moody HVAC to new heights.
Their goal was simple: deliver efficient, tailored home services while fostering a company culture committed to customer service, quality and community.
Today, with the help of Leo’s son, Paul Sharkey, and the engineering and project management background he brings, Jay Moody HVAC is a true family affair. We are proud of our legacy, and are committed to carrying it into future generations.
When we say we are “family-owned” we mean it in every sense of the word. Unlike many home service companies that may also boast being “locally operated” or “family-owned”, we stand apart in that we are truly 100% family-owned and operated. Jay Moody HVAC is not backed by large corporations or private equity firms that often fall into the trap of prioritizing profits over people.
