He not only explained things but he told me what would work and what would work. At the end of the day they couldn't help me with the problem. Most companies would drop you and be a bit agitated with my ignorance regarding my needs. The patients, knowledge, honesty and professionalism was and is phenomenal.   I have had a very positive experience with Jay Moody HVAC. It started with the first onsite visit to quote our three mini-split heat pump installations. The owner had obvious wisdom on the needs of our older home and he offered an intelligent quote at the end of the visit. The installation was fast because of the hard work and expertise of the team. Great care was shown for the fit and finish of the installation on top of the electrical and plumbing needs. (It works great.) Before, during and after, Jay Moody HVAC has provided excellent administrative and technical telephone support. Highly recommend.

  Did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. Everything works great. Always easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend them. Edit: Came for routine maintenance of the furnace they installed today and they were so efficient and friendly. Was also able to speak with them about maintenance for my AC unit. Can't say enough about how great Jay Moody is.

  This technician was excellent and I am qualified to rate them I have been through three Mitsubishi mini split dealers that have all been unknowledgeable on what the problem could be and he diagnosed it immediately it was a wiring issue I am so impressed I will give them all my business moving forward. He also advised me on how to move forward with a boiler quote and how we can use the integrated controls to correct communication between the mini split and the boiler to maintain heat most efficiently in the winter. They came highly recommended and now I know why!!! What a relief they are a diamond dealer and I wish I used them for the installation too.
