Wow, what a year! At the beginning of 2022 our team set several goals, and it’s been amazing to see how far we’ve come in achieving them.
In 2022 we’ve installed even more efficient systems for our Central Massachusetts customers, almost doubled the size of our team, built an in-office Mitsubishi showroom, developed our technical skills, became more involved in our community, and that’s just to name a few things!
In honor of the new year, we’re reflecting on Jay Moody HVAC’s 2022 year and setting goals for 2023.
Our Team
The Jay Moody HVAC Team Grew
The Jay Moody HVAC team almost doubled in 2022. Just look at our holiday card!
This year our office support staff grew to better meet customer needs, we added several talented service and install technicians to the team, AND we now have an in-house electrical team!
We Established Improved Training Resources
Jay Moody HVAC hosted several hands-on training workshops throughout the year, including those sponsored by Mitsubishi Comfort, Rinnai, and Bosch.
We pride ourselves on having a highly skilled team in every aspect and are proud to be considered a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Contractor, Certified Bosch Contractor, and Rinnai Pros.
In addition to group training, our management team has been working hard to develop personalized training plans for each of our technicians to support their professional development!
Our Customers
The Launch of Maintenance Plans
With the launch of our maintenance plans, we have been able to better serve our customers, especially through the heating season. With maintenance plans, members don’t have to rely on remembering to reach out to schedule their yearly maintenance. We reach out first. Additionally, our members receive discounts on any necessary repairs and electrical services!
Support Staff & Resources
A primary objective in 2022 has been to gather the resources and knowledge necessary to help our customers navigate the Mass Save process. In addition to offering consistent feedback to Mass Save and attending training seminars and events, we now have a support staff and Jay Moody HVAC customer resources to help navigate customers directly through the process!
Our Community
Supporting the Center for Technical Education Innovation at Leominster High School
It all started in the spring 0f 2022 when we took on two co-op students through the school. Seeing the impact of this program on the students working with us, we became inspired to work more closely with the school to help offer equipment, industry insight, and continued opportunities.
Jay Moody HVAC Partners With Ginny’s Helping Hand
A more recent Jay Moody HVAC community partnership has been with Ginny’s Helping Hand, based out of Leominster, MA.
Ginny’s offers support and resources to members within our community who are in need of a “hand up”!
This December we began our first month of team volunteering. Members of the Jay Moody team are given the opportunity to volunteer monthly during work hours (on the clock).
We look forward to strengthening our relationship with Ginny’s throughout the upcoming year, and finding new ways we can support their work and, in turn, our community!
Without the hard work of our talented team, great vendors, and the support of our community, we couldn’t do what we do.
